✅ Client Booking Agreement – Please Read & Confirm Before Scheduling To ensure a consistent, professional, and high-quality experience, the following booking policies apply to all clients and must be agreed to before securing an appointment: 💳 Booking & Payments ✅ I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card only. ✅ I agree that the remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of service. 🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows ✅ I understand that if I cancel or do not show up with less than 24 hours' notice, my card will be charged 50% of the service cost. ✅ I acknowledge that no-call/no-shows may result in being restricted from future bookings. ⏰ Late Arrivals ✅ I agree that arriving 10 minutes or more late will result in a $10 late fee. ✅ I understand that arriving late may limit the design or tier of service available due to time constraints. ✨ Service Tier Acknowledgement ✅ I have reviewed the tiered pricing structure: • Tier One – $120 (simple designs) • Tier Two – $135 (minimal enhancements) • Tier Three – $150 (intricate custom work) ✅ I understand I must book the correct tier for my desired design and that changes may not be possible day-of. 🧼 New Client Policy ✅ As a new client, I understand that you do not work over other nail techs' work. I agree to arrive with bare, product-free nails—no acrylic, gel, or dip from previous services. 🎁 Client Perks ✅ I understand that all in-studio appointments include complimentary snacks, beverages, and access to streaming services for a comfortable and luxurious experience. 👩‍👧‍👦 Heads-Up: Mini Supervisors May Be Present ✅ I understand that the artist may have two adorable mini supervisors (aka her kids) present during some appointments. They're well-behaved, curious, and may offer unsolicited compliments or tiny giggles—just adding a little love to the salon experience! 💕
